She has gained a reputation for being an expert in the San Francisco housing market and she has been approved by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing to be an official mortgage lender for the City’s First-Time Home Buyer Program. Tracy joined Opes Advisors in 2008 as a partner branch manager along with her long-time time business partner, John Ebner. She previously owned other mortgage branch offices in San Francisco with John. In 2008, they joined with George Rosenfield and Ryan Ogata as branch managers of Opes Advisors San Francisco.
Tracy earned a B.A. in fine arts from University of Newcastle, Australia. She moved from her home in Sydney, Australia to California in 1989, and has lived in the SF Bay Area for more than 20 years.
